This booklet accompanies a DVD of the same title, the contents of which were derived from the inaugural edition of 'The Future of Imagination', a performance art event held at the Substation, Singapore in 2003. Featured in this catalogue are writings by the designated chroniclers, Cheo Chai Hiang and Ho Tzu Nyen, as well as introductory texts to the performances in the 2003 program. Ho notes that each of the eleven performances are described "in order of their respective placement along the spectrum from the immersive to performative".
