Published to accompany the group exhibition 'Sound: Latitudes and Attitudes' held from February to March 2014. A Parallel Event of the Singapore Biennale 2013 'If the World Changed', it explores a vast array of sonic expressions by various practitioners in Singapore, including visual artists, musicians, composers, performance and media artists, whose works invite various possibilities of listening. The components of the exhibition include curated listening stations, a series of changing installations, sound performances, a selection of sound scores, and an archive.

This catalogue features essays by Charles Merewether, Joleen Loh, Ian Woo and Chong Li-Chuan. Selected artists in conversation with Bani Haykal. Artists’ statements are included. With biographies of the artists, writers and curators.
