Catalogue of the 11th Microwave International New Media Arts Festival, whose main focus had been to bring the most exciting new media artworks from all over the world to Hong Kong. The main theme of this year's festival was Luminous Echo, the fusion of light and sound, appearing in all different forms. The festival consisted of exhibitions, outdoor performance in public spaces, conference and talks, workshops, and video screenings, all taking place at multiple locations throughout the city. Includes four short essays, biographies of participating artists and the list of festival crew and supporters.
