2 17-inch plasma screens simultaneously display 2 videos of identical content. The videos are linked to either an ultrasound or infrared sensor, depending on the exhibition environment, to control and change the playing speed of the video. When the audience is outside the sensing area, the playing speed is normal; once the audience enters the sensor zone, one video will play faster and the other slower than normal.

The video clip is taken from a famous film from 1964, The New Guard Under Neon Lights, and shows a soldier telling an American diplomat leaving Shanghai: 'The United Nations? It knows me, but I do not know them.'
