Compilation of photographs taken during Roberto Chabet's Tearing Into Pieces for the group exhibition 'Objects' at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Small Gallery from 20 January - 18 February 1973.
On 19 January 1973, Chabet tore a copy of Manuel Duldulao's book 'Contemporary Philippine Art from the Fifties to the Seventies', and exhibited the torn-up pages in a metal waste basket at the CCP Small Gallery. The book, which was published in 1972, is one of the first coffee-table books on Philippine contemporary art. It included Chabet's works Window with Two Heads (1964), Blue Window (1965) and Hurdling (1970).
