Photograph of Roberto Chabet's work titled Triangles, created in 1971. The work is made from shaped plywood, painted in four shades of pink, and hung from the ceiling. It was included in the 'Summer Exhibition 1971' curated by Ray Albano at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) from 22 May to 27 June 1971.
Excerpt from the exhibition notes:
'The theme of the exhibition is abstraction. Meant to include only hard-core abstract works, it was later on changed to include situational and environmental works. It was in this exhibition that several artists were introduced to the public: Johnny Manahan, Roberto Barbadillo, Oscar Dizon, Jose Perez, and Belizarius de la Cruz. Roberto Chabet's work was later included during the extension of the exhibit.'
