This clipping was a report on the event 'The Pink Book Remade' initiated by the artist Liu Shuangyang. Held in front of the Legislative Council building on 21 July 1993, the event was a response to the Consultation Paper: Arts Policy Review Report compiled by the Recreation and Culture Branch of the Government Secretariat, Hong Kong.
