Professional Nurse is a durational performance that lasted from 1 August 1995 to 1 August 1996. During one year, Yang Zhichao took care of his baby girl like a professional baby sitter, and followed the rules below:

1. Keep a daily record regarding the baby's status and the performer's activities. 

2. Strictly stick to the set agenda prescribed on the record card.

3. The performer should not participate in any events and activities that are irrelevant to the work of a baby sitter.

4. Arrange ten special events for the baby.

5. The performer should not suspend the performance at his own discretion.  

《職業保姆》是為期一年的行為藝術作品，從1995年8月1日到1996年8月1日實施。在一年內，楊志超像職業保姆一樣照顧自己剛出生的女兒，并遵守以下規則：

一，每天記錄嬰兒的狀態及自己的活動；

二，嚴格遵守規定紀錄卡規定的作息時間；

三，在執行期內，不參加一切與保姆工作不相關的活動。

四，為嬰兒安排十次特別活動；

五，不得隨意中止本次行為。
