This is the catalogue for the 4th Asian Art Show Fukuoka - Realism as an Attitude. The exhibition aims to display and introduce contemporary artistic activities, with the participation of Asian artists coming from 18 different countries. Seeking new identities that transcend the two-dimensional frames of reference in Asian art, new forms of expression such as installation are brought into the exhibition.
Featured in this catalogue are also bibliographies of the participating artists, images of the exhibited works and essays discussing the contemporary art scene in Asia.
