At Up Art Gallery, a significant collection of artwork photographs from both represented artists and those invited to host exhibitions was maintained. In addition to showcasing the work of represented artists, the gallery also made it a tradition to acquire select pieces from their exhibitions to add to its collection. The records in the artist files include photographs, CVs, and occasionally writings by or about the artists.
