The work is from the collection of the Lopez Memorial Museum. The painting was acquired by Lopez Memorial Museum from the I.P. Soliongco Collection.
The painting won First Prize in the 1961 Art Association of the Philippines (AAA) annual competition. It was also featured in the book, Struggle for Philippine Art (1974) by Purita Kalaw-Ledesma.
It was included in Chabet's solo exhibition, 'Tabo,' at the Lopez Memorial Museum from 10 November 2011 - 14 April 2012. The exhibition is part of 'Chabet: 50 Years,' a year-long series of exhibitions organised by King Kong Art Projects Unlimited in various venues in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Manila from 2011 - 2012.
