The work is from a set of ten photographs shot in Cubao when Chabet was teaching a workshop at the Big Sky Mind - 18th Avenue Artists' Compound. The photographs were part of the group exhibition, 'Under Construction,' which was the culminating activity of the workshop.

'Under Construction' was held at Big Sky Mind from 29 November - 31 December 2003. The artists who participated include Poklong Anading, Ringo Bunoan, Lena Cobangbang, Louie Cordero, Al Cruz, Pardo de Leon, Jed Escueta, Alfredo Esquillo, Patricia Eustaquio, Waling Gorospe, Robert Langenegger, Cocoy Lumbao, Pow Martinez, Jet Melencio, Jun Sabayton, Kreskin Sugay, Maria Taniguchi, Jayson Oliveria, Alvin Villaruel, and MM Yu. The artists were asked to create works that revolved around the idea of the city, particularly the area of Cubao, where Big Sky Mind was located.
