Photograph of one of the five clipboard paintings in Roberto Chabet's installation Who's Afraid of Alexander Rodchenko? The installation includes red, blue, yellow, black and white canvasses mounted with clipboards with smaller but similarly painted canvasses. Each one is painted with pure color directly from a tube. Facing them is a set of blacks, also with attached clipboards, painted with an alchemy of primary colors, mixed to approximate the darkest shade possible. The paintings in Who's Afraid of Alexander Rodchenko? were done by Chabet's former student, artist Gerardo Tan.

The work was included in a three-part exhibition entitled 'Alarm and Chaos' at West Gallery, Manila from 31 March - 27 April 2009. The title ‘Alarm and Chaos’ is derived from Shakesperean plays, a stage instruction that calls for sudden mayhem. The two other works in the exhibition were Fear and Trembling Alone Will Be Enough and For Beauty Is Nothing But The Beginning of Terror.
