Review of Roberto Chabet's solo exhibition 'Guide to the Night and Noonday Skies' titled 'Icarus Revisited' written by Alice Guillermo and published in Today on 29 April 2001. The two simultaneous exhibitions were held at Finale and West Galleries, SM Megamall from 29 March - 10 April 2001.
In this review, Guillermo discusses the intertextuality in Chabet's installation and mentions the three works Chabet refers to for this installation: Pieter Bruegel the Elder's painting 'Landscape with the Fall of Icarus', W.H.Auden's poem 'Musee des beaux Arts', and Homi K. Bhabha's text on 'Aura and Agora: On Negotiating Rapture and Speaking Between.'
The review was reprinted in Asian Art News on July/August 2001.
