In the Head series, Chabet uses a photograph of Lauren Hutton taken by Richard Avedon as the first layer for the collages. The series was created from the mid-1980s up until the early 1990s, and was first exhibited in a group exhibition titled 'Unglued,' curated by Nilo Ilarde at West Gallery in 1995.

The series was again shown in Chabet's solo exhibition, 'Works on Paper,' at Galleria Duemila in 2011. The exhibition is part of 'Chabet: 50 Years,' a year-long series of exhibitions organised by King Kong Art Projects Unlimited in various venues in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Manila from 2011 - 2012.
