Tuen Mun Art Festival organised by the artist is considered a 'Public Educational Art Project'. At the opening of the event (6 November 1978), Frog King improvised an experimental happening to throw bags of construction waste. 200 or more people were invited to join the event, including students, designers, and artists such as Luis Chan and Gaylord Chan.
