「我將我的臥室地板鋪上同等尺寸的畫布，期間我在臥室活動中在畫布留下了固定的痕跡，即使我今天想不想作畫，都要進入我的房間工作或睡覺。我試圖製造了一種被動作畫的規則，即使你願意或者不願創作，每天都必須留下相似的痕跡。在浩瀚的藝術史上大師們都竭盡所地去創造一種藝術，我能不能製作一個被動的創作規則去進行。」
