「這是一個長期的行為計劃。我製作了一個『財務公章』，在上面刻了我的身份證號碼。然後用這個公章，在所有需要我本人簽名的文件上蓋章。我模仿古代皇帝，在詔書上印章的動作，簽署我的個人文件。這是我與權力之間，一個自娛自樂的遊戲。」
