作品〈南亭，讓我們再來一次〉藝術家自述：
「顧名思義，這是一個關於南亭村的故事。她坐落在大學城裡、美院的旁邊，大學城是個仍然在膨脹的人造神話，那麼南亭村的消亡也是遲早的事了。難以想象從前這個美麗的小村落已經變成這個樣了⋯⋯可能她的青春也跟我們的青春一樣在漸行漸遠了，我拼命地掛在她身上，拉扯著她，只是希望她能知道這裡還有至少一個人想要留住她。」
