'This works opens with a panoramic view of Hong Kong taken from a popular 1960s documentary television programme entitled Hong Kong Today. The opening shot is followed by an older scene taken from the same show featuring two Star Ferries crossing each other in the harbour. These scenes are complemented by black and white archival images obtained from the Public Record Office, depicting the Victoria Harbour swimming contents that took place in the 1960s.'
