A press conference announcing the winners of the Hong Kong Art Biennial 2003 in which ten artists are granted the award. Of the more than 1500 submissions, 118 works are selected for exhibition this November at the Hong Kong Museum of Art. Adjudicators including Gao Minglu, Choi Yan-chi, Siu King-chung and Ho Siu Kee are interviewed to express their opinions on the role of the Biennial in boosting Hong Kong art.
