Dream, 2001 is the first exhibition organised by The Red Mansion, an organisation set up to promote cultural exchange between United Kingdom and China. Dream 2001 showcases the works of 20 mainland artists and 1 artist from Hong Kong working in a range of mediums, from oil painting to video to woodcarving. The 176 page catalogue includes detailed biographies for each artist, as well as a brief introduction.
