Presented by the Urban Council, Hong Kong in association with the Consulate General of Japan and the Oshu Bijutsu Club, the exhibition 'Contemporary Japanese Painting' is held on the occasion of the 4th Festival of Asian Arts. Works of 53 artists from thirteen provinces of Japan are represented in the exhibition. Employing different media of oil, watercolour, ink, pastel and dye, these artists have created a spectrum of works of great diversity.
