Artists' Calendar 1997 — December

Maritta Nurmi's 'December' page in a silk-screen printed calendar for the year 1997, where the numbers could be folded down to reveal the kiss scenes from the film La Dolce Vita.
The calendar was published by Salon Natasha on the occasion of the exhibition 'Artists' Calendars'. The participating artists would each pick a month to work on.

The group exhibition ‘Artists’ Calendars’, also known as ‘New Paintings and Artists’ Calendars’, was organised in Salon Natasha to celebrate Christmas and New Year. Apart from the painting-calendars that were produced specifically for the show, ‘Artists’ Calendars’ also showcased various new works by artists.
Participating artists include: Alain Bally (France), Bonney Bombach (Australia), Bui Viet Dung, Eric Leroux (France), Helga Groves (Australia), Elena Afonina (Russia), Anatoliy Solonin (Russia), Do Minh Tam, Le Hong Thai, Luong Thi Anh Tuyet, Mai Chi Thanh, Maritta Nurmi (Finland), Matthew Johnson (Australia), Nguyen Minh Thanh, Nguyen Quang Huy, Nguyen Van Cuong, Nguyen Duc Huy, Tran Nguyen Hieu, Tran Thieu Quang, Truong Tan and Vu Dan Tan. Natasha Kraevskaia and her daughter Vu Thi Nhusha had also made calendars for the exhibition.
